Youth Empowerment

Our Support Programs for Young People in Gqeberha

Our Youth Support Programs address the unique challenges facing young people in Nelson Mandela Bay, including unemployment, peer pressure, and lack of opportunities. We create safe spaces for development, teaching the importance of giving back, and creating clear pathways to employment, education, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Building Leaders and Opportunities

We provide practical support and mentorship to help young people navigate life’s challenges and build a positive future.

  • Counselling & Support: Individual counselling and support groups to address challenges like peer pressure and mental health.
  • Practical Assistance: We provide sanitary towels, toiletries, meals, and food parcels to ensure basic needs are met for students.
  • Skill Pathways: We offer career guidance, mentorship programs, and referrals to specialized skills training and job placement assistance.
  • Community Engagement: We facilitate volunteer opportunities that teach the importance of community service and leadership development

Investing in the Future of the Eastern Cape

  • Holistic Development: We focus on developing both soft skills (leadership, emotional intelligence) and hard skills (training referrals).
  •  Addressing Vulnerability: We target unemployed youth and students who face high risk due to lack of opportunity.
  • Measurable Results: Our goal is to move youth from vulnerability toward employment or educational enrollment, building community strength.

Empowering the Next Generation

By equipping youth with life skills and connecting them to opportunity, you are investing directly in reducing unemployment and securing the future of the Eastern Cape community.
