Community Health Program

Accessible Care for Vulnerable Communities

Many individuals in Nelson Mandela Bay struggle to access consistent healthcare due to poverty, instability, or lack of documentation.

Healing Hands provides community-based healthcare support that bridges gaps in the public health system and promotes long-term wellbeing.

Our community health program serves 60 patients monthly—but we currently have a waiting list of 80+ individuals needing chronic care support. Many will fall out of the health system entirely without intervention. Your support expands our capacity to serve more patients consistently.
